Printed on FSC certified paper from responsible sources, it is a pre-cut and creased kit, with no sticking needed. The assembly is simple, using slot mechanism, and takes about 15 - 30 minutes per idol.
Each kit makes an idol of Lakshmi Ji or Ganpati of size 6.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 inches, to keep on a shelf or in a home temple, and perfect for eco-friendly visarjan in the ocean or river. The paper of the idol will dissolve in river or sea water in a few days, and will not pollute our Mother Earth like Plastic or Plaster of Paris idols. These paper craft kits are a great way to get together with family and friends and enjoy a fun activity together. They make lovely gifts for visitors during the festival of Diwali.
The paper used is thick high-quality card, and the finished idol is sturdy... it doesn't fly away under the fan. It can be dusted and cleaned with a dry cloth.
The size of the DIY kit is A4: 21 cm x 29.7 cm.
The finished size of the paper Lakshmi after assembly is about 16.5 cm height, with a base of 14 cm by 14 cm (6.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 inches).
